I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy, warm, and spotlessly clean, offering a lovely view of the gardens. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist us. The location was perfect for exploring Ripon and attending events. The dining experience was mostly delightful, although there were slight hiccups with food availability. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay.
